How To Use

Iron On Labels

For a perfect stick, place your label face up on a clean, dry surface after peeling it from the backing.
Press firmly with a dry iron on the Cotton setting (no steam) for 10 seconds.
After it cools off, double-check the edges to make sure they're sealed tight.
Wait 24 hours before washing so your label stays stuck through every tumble.

Production Time (Making your items)

  • Standard Season: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Peak Back-to-School Season (January): Production times may take longer due to high demand. Please check our announcement banner at the top of our website for live updates during this period.

Shipping & Delivery

Please note that delivery times are separate from production times and begin after your order has been dispatched. Shipping times are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Pargo Courier Delivery: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
  • Click & Collect: Available as an option at checkout for your convenience.

  • Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
  • Split Shipments: Occasionally, items from the same order may ship separately. You will never be charged extra for this.
