These terms and conditions apply when you use our website (www.itsmine.co.za) or engage in our social media communities. By browsing, shopping, or hanging out with us online, you agree to these simple rules.

‘Its Mine’, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’ refers to Its Mine Labels, operating in South Africa. The term ‘you’ refers to the user, visitor, or customer placing an order through our website.


Orders & Personalisation

  • Double-Check Your Details: Because our products are custom-printed and personalised just for you, please double-check all spelling, names, and design selections before submitting your order. We print exactly what you enter! We cannot offer refunds or replacements for typos or mistakes made on your end.
  • Order Changes & Cancellations: Our systems move fast! If you need to cancel or change an order, this must be done within 12 hours of placing your order—we don’t mess around and get onto processing orders immediately.
  • Stock & Availability: All products are subject to stock availability. On the rare occasion that we have to cancel an order from our side (for instance, if stock is not readily available), you will receive a full 100% refund.
  • Product Branding, Previews & Tolerances: We reserve the right to discreetly include our Its Mine branding or web address on our products. On-screen previews are a visual guide—minor variations in colour, material properties, or dimensions fall within industry standards and may occur between digital screens and printed physical items.


Pricing, Payment & Taxes

  • Payment: We require full payment before manufacturing or dispatching your order.
  • Taxes: All prices listed on our website are in South African Ran (ZAR) and include South African VAT (where applicable).
  • International Orders: If you order for delivery outside of South Africa, any destination import duties, clearance fees, or local taxes are your responsibility.


Delivery & Courier

  • Production Time: Personalised items take time and care. Our general production time is 2–4 business days before dispatch (this may take slightly longer during peak back-to-school or promotional periods).
  • Shipping Estimates: Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates handled by our third-party courier partners. While we work hard to get your order to you quickly, Its Mine Labels is not liable for courier delays caused by weather, transit disruptions, or incorrect address details provided by you.


Returns, Defects & Inspection

  • Custom Products: Due to the bespoke nature of personalised labels and gear, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
  • Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check your package as soon as it arrives! Any missing items, defects, or errors must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Defects & Faults: We take quality control seriously! If your order arrives damaged, defected, or with a printing error made on our end, please notify us immediately. In line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), we will happily repair, replace or refund any verified detective items.
  • Return Process: Contact is with your order number and photos of the defect. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Privacy & Data Protection (POPIA)

  • Your Information: We respect your privacy and handle all personal information strictly in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
  • How We Use It: We collect your name, delivery address, phone number, and email strictly to process and fulfil your orders. Your delivery details are shared only with our trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery.
  • Payment Security: Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.


Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • Content Rights: All designs, photos, logos, artwork, and copy on www.itsmine.co.za belong exclusively to Its Mine Labels and are protected under South African intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our assets for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Customer Uploads & Custom Artwork: If you submit or request custom logos, designs, or artworks to be printed, you warrant that you own the rights or hold proper permission to use them. You agree to indemnify Its Mine Labels against third-party trademark or copyright claims regarding artwork provided by you.
  • Community Rules: Keep our social media pages and website friendly! We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate, abusive, or spam content posted to our pages.


Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made will fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
