At Its Mine Labels, we want you and your little ones to absolutely adore your goodies! We pour so much love into creating custom labels, name tags, and accessories that we stand behind every single order with our 100% Happy Little Customer Guarantee.

Because your items are lovingly personalised just for you, they are technically one-of-a-kind. But we want you to feel completely safe and supported when shopping with us!

 

Oopsy-Daisy Moments (Spelling & Customisation Mistakes)

  • Double-Check Your Magic Words: Please make sure all names, phone numbers, and design details are spelled correctly before checking out! Because our system zips your order straight into production, we aren’t able to catch or change typos once they’re submitted.
  • If We Made a Mistake: If your labels arrive with a typo that was our fault, or if something isn't quite right, don't worry—we’ve got your back! Reach out to us right away at orders@itsmine.co.za, and we will happily reprint and rush out the correct items to you free of charge.

 

Returns, Replacements & Our Big-Hearted Guarantee

If you are unhappy with the quality of your order or something doesn't look quite right:

  • Let’s Chat Within 14 Days: Drop us a friendly note at orders@itsmine.co.za within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Show Us the Snag: To help us figure out what happened (and to give our production team a high-five or a gentle nudge), please send us your Order Number, a quick description of the issue, and a clear photo or short video of the product.
  • Send-Backs: If we ask you to post the goodies back to us for a closer look, we’ll guide you through the process every step of the way.

 

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds: If a refund is agreed upon, we will gladly refund the product purchase price (excluding shipping costs) back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to safely find its way back to your account.
  • Store Credit: Sometimes, you might prefer a quick store credit so you can grab something else! Our store credits are valid for a full 12 months, are super easy to use via a code at checkout, and are just for you to keep the label-love going.
