- Standard Season: 3 to 5 business days.
- Peak Back-to-School Season (January): Production times may take longer due to high demand. Please check our announcement banner at the top of our website for live updates during this period.
Shipping & Delivery
Please note that delivery times are separate from production times and begin after your order has been dispatched. Shipping times are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Pargo Courier Delivery: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
- Click & Collect: Available as an option at checkout for your convenience.

- Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
- Split Shipments: Occasionally, items from the same order may ship separately. You will never be charged extra for this.
